The International Cricket Council (ICC) received 2.5 million ticket applications for the World Cup 2019, the Indo-Pak match remains the most popular fixture as a huge amount of applications received to fill Wembley Stadium.
According to ICC, applications for the ticket have far exceeded predictions with fans from all around the world. The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 public ballot closed on 29 August concluding the ticket ballot phase for next year’s ICC Cricket World Cup.
Over 2.5 million ballot applications were received for #CWC19 tickets!
A limited number of remaining tickets, available for all teams and venues, will go on general sale at 10 am BST on 27 September!

A few months ago, ICC announced schedule for the mega event, according to which the Cricket World Cup 2019 will be played in England between May 30 and July 14.
The first match of the showpiece event is scheduled to be played between England and South Africa on May 30 2019, at Oval, while Pakistan will play it’s first match against West Indies on 31 May 2019.
However, the arch-rivals Pakistan, India will lock horns on June 16 in Old Trafford.
