1. 2×660MW Coal-fired Power Plants at Port Qasim Karachi: Financial Closed (FC) achieved. Civil works on site started in May 2015. Approx 65% Power Plant & 70% Jetty completed Energization in October 2017. Expected COD June 2018.

2. Sahiwal 2x660MW Coal-fired Power Plant, Punjab: FC achieved. Civil works on site 95% completed. Planned energization in Oct 2017. COD 25 Dec, 2017.

3. Engro Thar Block II 2×330MW Coal fired Power Plant 1×330MW Mine Mouth Lignite Fired Power Project at Thar Block-II, Sindh, Pakistan, ThalNova 1×330MW Mine Mouth Lignite Fired Power Project at Thar Block-II, Sindh, Pakistan: FC achieved in April, 2016. Construction work in progress. Construction of Transmission line-contract awarded. Contractor mobilized. COD June, 2019

4. Surface mine in block II of Thar Coal field, 6.5 million tons/year: FC achieved. IA/EA signed. COD expected 2018/2019.

5. 300MW Imported Coal Based Power Project at Gwadar, Pakistan: CCCC has registered with PPIB. It was agreed on the proposal of Chinese side to facilitate issuance of LoI by PPIB after submission of bank guarantee and deals with the view to start work on the project by 31st March, 2017 at the latest.

6. CPHGC 1,320MW Coal-fired Power Plant, Hub,Balochistan: IA/EA Signed. COD expected 2018/2019.

7. Rahimyar khan imported fuel Power Plant 1320 MW: Feasibility in process

8. SSRL Thar Coal Block-I 7.8mtpa &SEC Mine Mouth Power Plant(2×660MW): Expected COD 2018 / 2019

9. Quaid-e-Azam 1000MW Solar Park (Bahawalpur) Quaid-e-Azam: COD of 3 x 100 MW attained in August 2016.

10. Hydro China Dawood 50MW Wind Farm(Gharo, Thatta): FC achieved. Construction started. Testing in Progress. COD Jan, 2017.

11. UEP 100MW Wind Farm (Jhimpir, Thatta): Construction started. Erection of 61 turbines completed. Independent Engineer mobilized. COD Expected June, 2017.

12. Sachal 50MW Wind Farm (Jhimpir, Thatta): FC achieved. Construction in progress. COD June, 2017

13. Suki Kinari Hydropower Station, Naran,KPK: FC achieved. Land acquisition award announced on 17th Nov, 2016. EPC Contractor mobilized to initiate construction activities. COD 2021/2022.

14. Karot Hydropower Station: Land acquisition award done. FC 2017. Construction in Progress. Work initiated by equity – 25% civil works completed. COD 2020/2021.

15. Matiari to Lahore ±660kV HVDC Transmission Line Project: Feasibility study completed. Tariff determined by NEPRA. TSA/IA initialed in Dec 2016. Land acquisition completed. China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Company (CET) / State Grid nominated by Chinese side. COD expected in 2018 / 2019.

16. Matiari (Port Qasim) —Faisalabad Transmission Line Project: Feasibility study completed. Decision on tariff review petition announced by NEPRA. COD expected in 2018 / 2019. TSA/IA initialed during 6th JCC. China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Company (CET) / State Grid nominated by Chinese side.

17. Kohala Hydel Project, AJK: Feasibility Study (stage-1) Tariff Announced by NEPRA. Land Acquisition process started. Environmental Impact Assessment study being updated. EPC Contractor has been selected. FC planned in Dec 2017. Expected COD 2023.

18. Three Gorges Second Wind Power Project <br> Three Gorges Third Wind Power Project: LOS issued  in Aug 2016. EPA initialed on 30th Nov, 2016. Construction activity already started from equity. Financial Close April 2017. COD Sep, 2018.

19. Thar Mine Mouth Oracle Power Plant (1320MW) & surface mine: Feasibility stage tariff obtained for coal. Shareholding agreement on new equity partners in process.

20. KKH Phase II (Thakot -Havelian Section): Contractor mobilized. Work commenced in Sep, 2016. To be completed by March, 2020. Havelian- Abbotabad-Mansehra section will be completed by May, 2018

21. Peshawar-Karachi Motorway (Multan-Sukkur Section): Contractor mobilized. Construction works commenced in August, 2016.

22. Expansion and reconstruction of existing Line ML-1: Feasibility completed. Request for Chinese financing submitted on 29th Nov, 2016.

23. Havelian Dry port (450 M. Twenty-Foot Equivalent Units): Feasibility completed. Request for Chinese financing submitted on 29th Nov, 2016

24. Gwadar East-Bay Expressway: Minutes of EAD-MOFCOM signed

25. New Gwadar International Airport: Minutes of EAD-MOFCOM signed in Aug 2016. Grant request is being processed by Chinese Side.

26. Construction of Breakwaters: Draft business plan has been received from Chinese (COPHCL), under review by MoP&S and GPA

27. Dredging of berthing areas & channels: Draft business plan has been received from Chinese (COPHCL), under review by MoP&S and GPA

28. Development of Free Zone: 100% private Investment inside Free Zone. To be operated by COPHCL. 1st phase completion date is Dec 2017.

29. Necessary facilities of fresh water treatment, water supply and distribution: PC-I for 5 MGD RO plant for Gwadar cleared by CDWP in Dec 2016.

30. Pak China Friendship Hospital: Grant request sent by EAD to MOFCOM. LOE is expected to be signed in early 2017.

31. Technical and Vocational Institute at Gwadar: Chinese technical team expected to visit early this year to conduct feasibility study.

32. Cross Border Optical Fiber Cable: Work commenced Oct 2015. Work on 220km/ 820km segment completed.

33. Pilot Project of Digital Terrestrial Multimedia Broadcast (DTMB): Project completed at a cost of US$ 2 million.

34. Karachi Circular Railway: JCC agreed in principle for inclusion of Rail Based Mass Transit Systems in Provincial headquarters as part of CPEC.

35. Greater Peshawar Region Mass Transit: JCC agreed in principle for inclusion of Rail Based Mass Transit Systems in Provincial headquarters as part of CPEC.

36. Quetta Mass Transit: JCC agreed in principle for inclusion of Rail Based Mass Transit Systems in Provincial headquarters as part of CPEC.

56. Development of Gwadar University (Social Sector Develp): Chinese side will identify a leading Chinese university for collaboration with University of Gwadar.

57. Upgradation & develop. of fishing, boat making and maintenance services to protect and promote livelihoods of local population: COPHCL would take effective measures for social sector development.

58. Moqpondass SEZ Gilgit-Baltistan: Work on SEZs to be initiated on priority
